We offer high quality bed and breakfast accommodation in the World Heritage site of Blaenavon. Edlogan is a large Edwardian house built at the same time as the infamous Titanic but fortunately has lasted a little longer. The house has been purely a family home since 1912 but in 2009, Paul and Kathy purchased the property with the intention of opening another Blaenavon bed and breakfast estabishment. After a great deal of work we are finally open for business.
We have double or twin rooms, all with own their own bathroom facilities and TV. Breakfast is prepared by Kathy to as high as standard as the rooms themselves. All the food supplied will be sourced from locally produced products whenever possible.
A very large residents room is available for the use of all our guests including Sky TV, internet connected PC and free open WiFi should you want to bring your laptop. We can uniquely offer our guests very much their own space without feeling that they are sharing a house.
The Blaenavon World Heritage Site has something to offer visitors all year round, from long summer days exploring the landscape, to visiting Mother Christmas at the Big Pit National Coal Museum. You can find out about the rich heritage of the town and how the main attractions celebrate and interpret the area's proud past by visiting the official website http://www.world-heritage-blaenavon.org.uk
